Security Bond to cover breakage/damage/loss of property.
In additon to paying the agreed rental rates to your stay. You are required to deposit with the owners a Security Bond of £100.00.
This will be to cover any breakages, damage or any other loss to the property. After each rental our agents will inspect the property for any damage or breakages, this will be forwarded to the owner. If for any apparant reason damage or loss has been incurred, the owners will replace and repair any damage and the cost will be deducted from the Security Bond. If the cost over runs the Security Bond, the owners will forward the reciepts for any additional costs. If however, the apartment is left to the same standard as when you arrived, then the Security Bond will be returned back to you within seven days of you arriving back into the UK.
Welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival. Basic package of water, milk, juice, butter and bread at a charge of 10 euro paid LOCALLY.
